Email us and we’ll reply as soon as we can, usually within a couple of days.
Trading is one picture for one picture — no money, no mailing. List a card for trade, or tap a card in the trade pool and offer one of your own. If the other collector accepts, the two cards swap: theirs lands in your binder, yours leaves it.
Everyone gets 3 free trades a week, and CCC Plus members get 20. Accepting an offer is always free and unlimited — the free weekly trades only count offers you send. Past that, sending an offer uses one trade ticket, and the ticket is only spent if the offer is actually accepted — declines, expiries, and offers you take back never cost anything. Tickets never expire, and you can buy more from the You tab. Offers you don’t resolve expire on their own after four days.
If a ticket purchase doesn’t show up in your balance within a minute or two, close and reopen the app; if it still hasn’t appeared, email us and we’ll sort it out.
The separate Trades beta simulates listing exact physical cards, building a multi-card trade, and following two parcels. It does not collect addresses, charge money, create real postage, or ask anyone to mail cards.
After both testers accept, the app creates fictional test labels and tracking timelines. Testers should not put cards in a package, use a real name or address, buy postage, or mail anything for this beta. If a test step does not work, tap Feedback inside Trades or email us.
CCC Plus is an auto-renewable monthly subscription. You can view, change, or cancel it at any time from your Apple Account:
You can also manage your subscription directly at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep CCC Plus features until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Your binder and private card photos are saved securely to your CardCuteCollect account, with a device cache for fast loading and offline viewing. Adding a card also creates a public feed post; listing one for trade makes its trade copy visible to other collectors. A completed trade transfers the two private binder cards between the collectors’ accounts. You can delete your account, binder, private photos, and everything you’ve shared any time from You › Delete account; cards you already traded to someone else stay with them. For the full details, see our Privacy Policy.
How do I add a card? Tap the + button, take or choose a photo of your card, add its details, and save it to your binder.
I reinstalled or changed phones. Sign in with the same Apple account and your binder restores automatically. If a card was created in an older app version before account sync, open the Binder options and choose Restore cards from your feed, or email us.
